The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and highly organisedPeople & Payroll Administratorto join our Central Trust Team. This dual-focused role provides vital transactional and administrative support across both our Human Resources (People) and Payroll functions.
Operating under the guidance of our wider Trust People team, you will ensure the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately compile, check, and input monthly payroll variations (claims, overtime, etc.), track sickness absence data on Arbor, and act as a supportive first point of contact for routine pay, pension, and software queries.
- Deliver end-to-end admin support for vacancies, manage interview logistics, and execute strict Safer Recruitment compliance checks (DBS, Right to Work) to keep our Single Central Record audit-ready.
- Maintain secure electronic employee files, issue standard contract variation letters, manage leaver processes, and track mandatory training compliance.
