People Services Administrator (Payroll and Pensions)
Salary Grade 5 - £26,836pa - £30,060pa FTE
52 Weeks / 37 hours per week
Hours of work – 37 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm, Friday8.30am – 4.00pm
with a half hour unpaid break
This role is based in Walton High - Walnut Tree campus
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic People Services Administrator to join the growing friendly, busy People Services team of the 5 Dimensions Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing payroll and pensions administration support for some of the schools within our Trust.
The People Services Administrator will be responsible for accurate recording of changes to payroll, in a timely fashion including new starters, leavers, staff absence and exceptions on a monthly basis and in accordance with agreed deadlines. Also dealing with day-to-day payroll and pension queries from staff and external agencies and advising in line with current policies and procedures, escalating queries as necessary.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, have a strong can-do attitude and will be able to work on their own initiative. You will have at least 2 year’s administration experience and a minimum of 1 year’s payroll administration experience. An understanding of administration associated with pension schemes is advantageous, but we are open to developing the right person to fulfil this role.
