What skills and experience we're looking for

About You:

Caister Academy are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Performing Arts & PE Coach to join our supportive team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about inspiring young people and helping them succeed both in and beyond the classroom.

You will support students through lessons, interventions, enrichment activities, and wider Academy events, building positive relationships and encouraging confidence, participation, and achievement. If you are energetic, proactive, and enjoy making a difference to young people's lives through sport and the performing arts, we would love to hear from you.

Our Ideal candidate will have:

  • GCSE English and Maths, Grade 4 minimum or equivalent
  • Level 2 qualifications or above relating to Performing Arts subject or PE
  • Experience of performing within the Arts or PE
  • Good knowledge of the pedagogy associated with Dance, Drama, Music, and/or PE
  • Ability to support teaching to KS3 and KS4
