What skills and experience we're looking for
Qualifications
- Experience in theatre production, live events, school productions, or technical theatre
- Relevant qualifications or training in drama production, sound engineering, theatre technology, media, or live events
- A Level in Music or equivalent qualifications
Skills & Experience
- Appropriate experience working with young people in school
- Experience coaching students in music or theatre based roles
- Good understanding of young people’s development and learning processes
- Practical knowledge of stage lighting, sound systems, microphones, AV equipment, and backstage operations
- Familiarity with basic rigging, staging, props, and scenery handling.
- Dependable under pressure—school productions often run to fixed deadlines.
