What skills and experience we're looking for

Qualifications

  • Experience in theatre production, live events, school productions, or technical theatre
  • Relevant qualifications or training in drama production, sound engineering, theatre technology, media, or live events
  • A Level in Music or equivalent qualifications

Skills & Experience

  • Appropriate experience working with young people in school
  • Experience coaching students in music or theatre based roles
  • Good understanding of young people’s development and learning processes
  • Practical knowledge of stage lighting, sound systems, microphones, AV equipment, and backstage operations
  • Familiarity with basic rigging, staging, props, and scenery handling.
  • Dependable under pressure—school productions often run to fixed deadlines.
