  • Excellent standard of musicianship skills in their instrument(s)/vocals specialism.
  • Experience of 11 – 16 instrumental / vocal teaching.
  • Experience of leading individual lessons and ensembles.

  • Ability to articulate a sound educational philosophy in line with the academy’s aims.
