Peripatetic Singing Teacher job summary

Oakgrove School is looking for a Peripatetic Singing Teacher to deliver lessons at both our Primary and Secondary School sites from September 2026.

Peripatetic teachers at Oakgrove are self-employed and can choose their own pay rate. We would be happy to discuss hourly rates of pay at interview.

Lessons are delivered in normal school hours.

A total of 10 1-1 lessons of 20mins are taught each term within our school term dates. Teachers may wish to offer 30mins lessons for students who require them if parents are in agreement.

Teachers invoice parents directly and provide timetables to parents and the school either termly or half-termly.

Contract is reviewed on an annual basis.
