We are looking for somebody who:

Who plans and delivers innovative and effective lessons that encourage children to achieve their full potential.

Has strong English skills (clear written and spoken English) along with good reading, writing and numeracy skills
Has high expectations for all children and manages behaviour to the highest standard
Is willing to go the extra mile to personalize learning that leaves children excited and wanting to learn more

Your skills and experience:
Proven experience developing skills in young children with a track record of good or outstanding practice.
A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and how to create engaging purposeful areas of provision.
The ability to translate curriculum objectives into exciting, hands-on learning opportunities.
A flair for creativity and an eye for detail in designing learning environments
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
