Bradfield Secondary School, part of Inova Multi Academy Trust, is seeking to appoint an outstanding School Leadership PA to provide high-quality executive and administrative support to the school's leadership team. This is a pivotal role that will contribute to the effective running of the school and support the delivery of an outstanding service to staff, pupils, parents and external stakeholders.

About the Role
As School Leadership PA, you will provide comprehensive executive support to senior leaders, managing complex diaries, organising meetings and events, preparing professional correspondence and documentation, coordinating governance and leadership activities, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
The role also includes supporting operational administration across the school, including HR processes, recruitment coordination, record management and compliance activities. You will work closely with colleagues across the Trust and play a vital role in ensuring administrative systems and processes operate efficiently and effectively.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:
Has experience of administrative work within a school or similar environment.
Possesses excellent organisational and coordination skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
Has outstanding attention to detail and can manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Is an effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Is confident using Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
Can build positive professional relationships with staff, parents, governors, pupils and external agencies.
Is adaptable, proactive and committed to delivering an excellent service.
