Personal Assistant to Head of School
Based at Shenley Brook End School
To commence ASAP

Salary: Grade 6 £29,269-£33,024, Actual £26,702-£30,127
37 hrs per week term time plus training days plus 2 weeks (41 weeks per year)
Mon – Thurs 8.30am - 4.30pm and Fri 8.30am - 4.00pm with a half hour unpaid break
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly efficient, organised and experienced Personal Assistant to join the 5 Dimensions Trust, supporting the Head of School at Shenley Brook End School. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, our ideal candidate will be comfortable working with colleagues and partners at all levels, exercising tact, diplomacy and confidentiality where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will: -
- Be a proficient IT user with the ability to work efficiently with a high degree of accuracy.
- Be highly organised, professional and resourceful.
- Have excellent communication skills that allows you to inform, coach and advise others.
- Want to make a difference to the children in our care.
