Phase Leader - EYFS job summary
Oakfield First School is looking to appoint an excellent Early Years Foundation Stage practitioner to lead our Reception Provision. Are you highly motivated, enthusiastic and excited to give our children the best possible start to their education? If so, this great opportunity at Oakfield is for you!
Your knowledge of teaching in EYFS will have given you the knowledge and skills to drive forward continuous improvements to the EYFS provision, with responsibility for developing teaching and learning across the curriculum.
Leading our Reception will allow you to shape the teaching and delivery of the curriculum and the teaching methods used so that all children have the best life outcomes.
We will need someone who:
Is inspiring and energetic

Has a passion and enthusiasm for Early Years education
Has an in-depth knowledge of the current EYFS framework and related curriculum expectations
