Are you ready for that next stage in your career?

We are looking to appoint an ambitious, highly effective and passionate class teacher looking to advance their career and develop their leadership skills as a Key Stage Phase Leader. You will have very high expectations of what can be achieved by all children and a proven record of raising pupil attainment. Leading both the core subject of mathematics and a team of teachers, you will develop teaching across the school and will be key in our journey to improve the outcomes for children in our local community.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • able and ready to lead, inspire and motivate others;
  • able to lead on teaching, learning and assessment in your Phase Team;
  • have proven experience of modelling excellent classroom practice, having high expectations of all;
  • willing to lead mathematics and have a positive impact at a whole school level;
  • play an active part of our Leadership Team and help shape the future of the school; and

  • committed to safeguard all children.

The role comes with a TLR and protected leadership time, therefore it is not suitable for ECT.

Any offer of employment for this post will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.
