Payscale: TLR 2 (FTE £4,214 per year)

Orchard's Primary Academy has an exciting opportunity for a committed Class Teacher to take on the role of Phased Leader! We have 3 positions available to cover EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally:
Have considerable experience of working as a Class Teacher and in the specific phase.
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education
Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload
Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils
Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative
Be able to work flexibly and professionally
About Role
We are looking for an experienced Class Teacher to take on the responsibility of Phase Leader. Each Phase Leader will be responsible for the following within their phase:
- Analysis of data
- Supporting staff to improve outcomes for the children
- Ensuring high quality teaching and learning
- Listening to pupil voice
- Ensuring the needs of all children are met
- Liaising with the SENDCo to ensure that Interventions are appropriate and effective
- Coaching staff to improve teaching and learning
- Ensure the curriculum is taught with rigour and fidelity
- Line managing TAs within their phase
- Attend occasional SLT/Gov meetings for strategic support
- Being an inspiring role model for all
