What skills and experience we're looking for

Following the promotion of one of our Senior Leaders, we are looking at restructuring the leadership team at Grangehurst Primary School. Leaders and Governors are looking to appoint three enthusiastic, motivated and aspirational Phase Leaders.

We are looking for highly skilled, enthusiastic and creative practitioners who have been teaching for a minimum of 3 years. Teachers who can model high expectations and are able to support colleagues in developing their practice; whilst ensuring all children gain from every activity they do and achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will:

• Have the ability to make learning fun
• Be a talented classroom practitioner who aspires to be ‘outstanding’ with effective classroom management skills and high expectations
• Be passionate about learning and committed to ensuring our children become, excited, accelerated and successful learners
