What skills and experience we're looking for

Walkergate Community School is seeking to appoint a Early Years Phase Leader to support the senior leadership team and be accountable for the educational progress of learners within a designated learning phase.This is an exciting opportunity to effectively lead teaching and learning, develop one or more curriculum area and line manage a team of teaching and support staff within Early Years.

We are looking for a colleague who has:

  • A demonstrable track record of excellent teaching practice.
  • Experience of managing a team of staff.
  • Qualified teacher status.
  • Abilityto contribute effectively to the management, organisation and running of the school.
