What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will lead phonics provision, support and coach staff, monitor teaching and learning, analyse data, and ensure strong outcomes for all pupils, contributing to the wider development of literacy and school improvement.

Is an effective classroom teacher with strong phonics knowledge

Can support and inspire colleagues to improve practice
