Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and engage with children during play and recreational activities.
  • Plan and support fun, age-appropriate activities.
  • Encourage children to develop social skills, confidence and independence.
  • Create a welcoming, inclusive and positive environment.
  • Ensure children are supervised and kept safe at all times.
  • Support children with their individual needs and interests.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers and colleagues.
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety and organisational policies.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe and organised play environment.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

As this role is for a Play Leader, a NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent is required/preferred
