What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who is committed to providing high quality childcare in line with the ethos of our school. You would need to be highly organised, maintain confidentiality, be prepared to plan, prepare and set up activities and equipment in good time for the start of each session which will interest and motivate pupils of differing ages; prepare and plan afternoon snacks; be able to liaise with parents and child minders in a positive and pro-active manner and work with the other staff in the school to pass on messages and other communications. An enhanced DBS check is a requirement of this role. Online checks may also be carried out to ensure safeguarding requirements are met.
