What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic person who really enjoys working with children and helping them to develop socially and emotionally. The after school wrap round service is a vital part of our school as it helps children to develop and this role. This role is a very important part of our staff team.
Our children are well behaved and excited about their learning and where children are resilient, reflective, resourceful and reciprocal. Do you want to help us?
If you are:-
- Dynamic and enthusiastic about working with children and have worked with children before.
- Able to teach children different playtime games
- Willing to undertake first aid (with training provided)
- Able to help children sort out playground issues and teach them new social strategies to help them manage relationships
- Experienced with knowledge of food preparations and hygiene
- Good at working in a team
- Flexible enough to adapt to ever changing safety requirements
