What skills and experience we're looking for
The PRIDE Academy is seeking a passionate and dedicated Positive Behaviour Mentor to join our team. Overall, the aim of a Positive Behaviour Mentor in our School is to create a supportive, inclusive environment where every pupil can develop positive behaviours, achieve their potential, and build the skills needed for lifelong success.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Requirements:
•GCSE English Maths & English
•Experience of working with young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties and/or challenging behaviour
•Experience of working with students with a range of Special Educational Needs such as ADHD and ASD.
•Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
•Arbor and CPOMS experience
