Post 16 Administrator job summary

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and dedicated Post-16 Administrator to join our successful and vibrant Sixth Form team. You will work closely with the Head of Post-16, providing vital administrative support and ensuring a calm, purposeful and efficient Post-16 environment that contributes to the academic success and personal development of our students.

Key responsibilities include managing Post-16 attendance and punctuality using Arbor, supporting the organisation of events, coordinating communications with parents, staff, and external stakeholders, and overseeing the daily running of shared study spaces. You will also play a key role in managing online applications via Applicaa and supporting the transition from Year 11 to 12, including enrolment and induction processes.

The successful candidate will be confident in working independently, possess excellent communication and IT skills, and be committed to promoting high standards across our Post-16 provision. Experience working in a school environment and knowledge of safeguarding procedures is desirable.
