Job Details:

Hours: 0.6 (three days per week)
Contract: Fixed-term until 31/08/2027
Reporting to: Head Teacher
Location: Bream C of E Primary School in the first instance. This is an appointment to the Trust and you could be required to work in any school in the Trust.

This role involves working across the school (and potentially across Trust schools), providing high-quality teaching to release class teachers for their planning, preparation, and assessment time.

About You:
You will be someone who:
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Demonstrates flexibility and confidence teaching across different year groups and subjects.
• Can quickly build positive relationships with new classes and maintain high expectations.
• Is organised and able to deliver pre-planned lessons effectively while responding to pupils’ needs.
• Brings creativity, flexibility, and innovation to the classroom.
• Builds positive, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
• Has high expectations for learning, progress, and behaviour.
• Is committed to raising achievement for all children.
• Embraces and models the Christian vision and values of the Trust.
• Communicates clearly and works collaboratively as part of a team.
