What You’ll Do:
  • Plan and deliver exciting, inclusive drama lessons that nurture creativity and build performance skills.

  • Direct and support school productions, showcases, and drama events that celebrate student talent and diversity.

  • Embed key elements of theatre studies such as improvisation, script work, physical theatre, and stagecraft.

  • Foster an environment where students feel safe to explore, express, and take creative risks.

  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing high-quality feedback that supports achievement and growth.

  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver cross-curricular initiatives and enrichment activities.

  • Support extra-curricular clubs, workshops, and performance opportunities that enhance students’ learning experience.

  • Promote inclusivity and accessibility in drama education for all learners.

Hours of Work & Contract Details

This is a full-time, permanent position. Working hours are aligned with the school day and curriculum needs.
