St Christopher's CofE Primary School

is seeking to appoint a
Level 3 Pre-School Practitioner
Payscale: Grade 2, Point 5 £25,583 FTE (approx. £19,220 pro rata)
32.5 hours a week, 39 weeks a year
Starting: as soon as possible
DEMAT and St Christopher's C of E Primary School are looking to appoint a Pre School Practitioner for their new Fledglings Pre-School!
The successful applicant will be:
- Experienced in a similar role
- Highly organised and able to set clear priorities in managing their workload
- Able to communicate clearly and positively with staff, parents and pupils, both in person and in written communications
- Able to work calmly under pressure
- Able to show a 'can-do' attitude and seek solutions to problems
- Able to work flexibly and creatively
- Happy, co-operative and able to work to own initiative
- A strong team player
- A person who demonstrates excellent initiative
About the Role
Fledglings Pre-School opened in September. We require a Level 3 Pre-School Practitioner. The room has a capacity for 26 children (3& 4 year olds) with a full-time teacher. The Pre-School Practitioner will support the teacher and Pre-School Lead.
