Pre-School Teaching Assistant - Level 3 job summary

Situated in the village of Watchfield, near Faringdon, we have a wide and diverse school community and are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our pre-school team. We are proud to be part of the Faringdon Learning Trust, an nine school multi-academy trust, which was established on 1st April 2012.

Our whole school vision is ‘At Watchfield We SOAR’ – at Watchfield we want everyone, children and adults, to ‘SOAR’. This means we work hard to enable individuals, groups and the wider school community to be: Successful, Original, Aspirational and Resilient. To help us to SOAR, we are looking for an individual who:

Has a relevant Level 3 qualification together with Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent);

Has a positive outlook and works well within a team;

Is able to use their own initiative as well as working under direction;
