Full time: 36 hours a week -All year, with 26 days paid holiday plus bank holidays. Monday - 7am to 11am and 2pm to 6pm Tuesday - 7am to 11am and 3pm to 6pm Wednesday- 7am to 11am and 3pm to 6pm Thursday - 7am to 11am and 3pm to 6pm Friday - 7am to 11am and 3pm to 6pm

What skills and experience we're looking for

What we are looking for

We are looking for some experienced in building or premises management with recognised experience, training or qualifications. The post holder will need good English to be responsive to Health & Safety requirements, and confident to work alone and manage school security (building and contents). The successful candidate will be expected to liaise effectively with contractors (e.g. trades, grounds workers) and be willing to attend appropriate training courses. You will be expected to be aware and undertake safeguarding responsibilities working around children and be respectful of the need for confidentiality that exists when working in a school environment.
