What skills and experience we're looking for

Maximum 37 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Actual starting salary: £23,500 + Fringe Allowance £689 per annum

We are seeking a Premises Assistant to join us at Pound Hill Infant Academy and Desmond Anderson Primary Academy, to help us ensure that the school sites are clean, secure and safe for all users.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the general care, maintenance and servicing of academy buildings and grounds

Working within current health and safety legislation

Providing a customer-facing / positive service

Helping to maintain a clean, safe, hygienic and secure site

You will have:

Practical skills in maintenance and cleaning: DIY, painting & decorating, general garden maintenance etc

Experience of maintaining health & safety in a workplace

A good working knowledge of Microsoft office

Full clean driving licence with access to own transport

The ability to work as part of our team and independently
