What skills and experience we're looking for
Actual starting salary: £23,500 per annum
Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments
We are seeking a Premises Assistant to help us ensure that the school sites are clean, secure and safe for all users.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the general care, maintenance and servicing of academy buildings and grounds
- Working within current health and safety legislation
- Providing a customer-facing / positive service
- Helping to maintain a clean, safe, hygienic and secure site
You will have:
- Practical skills in maintenance and cleaning: DIY, painting &decorating, general garden maintenance etc
- Experience of maintaining health & safety in a workplace
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Full clean driving licence with access to own transport
- The ability to work as part of our team and independently
