Premises Lead job summary
We are looking for a Premises Lead to join our team here at Greenwood Academies Trust! Based at The Brunts Academy, Mansfield
This role is central to ensuring our academy sites are safe, secure, and well-maintained. You will support the implementation of premises strategies across the Trust, ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations, and maintain high standards for the condition and appearance of buildings and grounds. The role includes line management of premises staff, overseeing contractors on-site, and managing the delivery of capital projects. It's a key position that helps ensure our learning environments are safe, efficient, and fit for purpose.
