Premises Manager job summary

Required as soon as possible

Full Time, 36 hours per week , All Year Round (33 days annual leave) - Scale PO2 point 31 £45K p.a.

We are looking for an experienced and well-organised Premises Manager with a ‘can do’ attitude, to manage our complex site and buildings. The successful candidate will have experience of managing multi-purpose educational buildings and grounds, leading a successful team and be able to demonstrate excellent all-round technical knowledge of building systems and infrastructure.

Chestnut Grove is a high performing, 11-18, multicultural school in Balham, South London. We have recently completed a multi-million pound building programme, which has provided staff and students with a modern facilities.
