L2 Premises Officer required as soon as possible

£26,403 - £28,142 per annum

37 hours per week, full time.

About the role

We are looking for a professional and motivated Premises Officer to join our dedicated Site Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the security and safety of the site, alongside maintaining the fabric of the building and its grounds. Applications are welcome from candidates with a full clean driving licence, basic IT skills and previous experience of working as a premises officer or similar. Candidates with DIY skills, the ability to communicate effectively, with competency to work independently or as part of a team, a proactive approach, knowledge of health and safety and a positive, friendly personality are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be able to work flexibly within an alternating shift pattern of mornings, mid and evenings, starting from 5am for early shifts and finishing at 10.30pm for late shifts. Weekend work is also likely on rotation depending on the needs of the school.
