The Link Academy Trust are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and talented Early Years Worker to join our wonderful team at Diptford C of E Primary School.
We are looking for someone who puts children at the heart of everything they do and wants the very best outcomes for all children in their care. You will need to be able to spot opportunities to develop learning in the moment. You will also need to show a high degree of initiative and be solution focussed. The successful candidate will have robust knowledge of EYFS, an awareness of the new Framework and have excellent communication and organisational skills to work with our team. The individual must be highly motivated and have a positive attitude to making a difference.
For this role, you must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification or a similar/higher/equivalent qualification;
Ideally, you will also:
- Have experience of working within and leading an early years setting;
- Have a robust and thorough knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- Have excellent literacy and numeracy skills;
- Be able to build positive relationships with children, staff and parents and work as part of a team;
- Be energetic, positive and enthusiastic;
- Be able to use your own initiative;
- Be warm, friendly and have a good sense of humour
