Diptford is a thriving and vibrant school, yet our small size enables us to know every child in real depth; to understand their talents and what motivates them. We aim to help every child discover their unique and individual potential and support them to develop it. We offer a caring, nurturing environment with a unique family atmosphere. Our school has an excellent reputation and achieves high academic standards through the provision of a rich and exciting curriculum that makes the most of our beautiful surroundings. Our curriculum is broad, varied and includes fantastic opportunities, such as forest school and outdoor learning, surfing, archery, eco-projects, gardening, baking and so much more!

Required from the end of April 2022 to join our successful and caring team, this post will involve leading the Pre-school including planning and preparation throughout the week. It involves creating a fun, nurturing, stimulating and safe environment for the children that meets individual’s needs; preparing and resourcing activities and provision linked to the EYFS curriculum; assessing children’s progress and determining next steps in their learning and working collaboratively with other members of our EYFS team as well as parents and carers.
