What skills and experience we're looking for
Candidates will need to demonstrate:
• Confident, caring and friendly attitudes
• Excellent communication skills, competently liaising with parents and other professionals
• Flexibility, teamwork, and supportive of other practitioners in the setting
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, secure and nurturing environment
• Good working knowledge of the EYFS
• Commitment and passion to promoting the ethos and values of the school and getting thebest outcomes for all children
