We

Assistant Headteacher will play a pivotal role within the leadership team in
shaping the future direction and development of the academy.

We
are looking for:

courageous, outward facing and capable of delivering our vision.

  • Inspirational pedagogical leadership.

  • Someone who is committed to developing and delivering a
curriculum, in line with our values and ethos, which meets the needs of all

We
are proud to offer:

  • A forward-thinking and creative senior leadership team who

  • A talented, friendly and committed staff body.
  • A culture which encourages staff well-being.

This post will initially be to lead Upper Key Stage 2. The
role will not have direct classroom responsibility, but the successful
candidate will lead and teach, as appropriate, across the classrooms within Upper
Key Stage 2. The role will include, but is not limited to, the organisation
of staffing, leadership of curriculum, development of excellent teaching and
learning approaches, monitoring of teaching and learning and driving forward
