Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven track record of effective teaching or a strong dedication to ensuring pupil achievement
- Commitment to meeting the diverse needs of all learners
Desirable Qualities:
- Experience in implementing innovative teaching strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
