What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a vibrant, enthusiastic and inspirational primary class teacher to join our village school in the Cotswold Countryside. We are looking for a strong practitioner with experience of teaching a mixed KS1 or KS2 class. The candidate must be able to uphold our Christian values and willing to contribute to the wider life of our lovely school.
We seek applications from candidates therefore who have:
- High expectations of all pupils and the ability to motivate and inspire them
- An excellent working knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum expectations for primary education
- Experience of mixed-age teaching and learning
- A willingness to be involved in all aspects of life in our village school
- The experience, skills and personal aspiration to be an outstanding classroom practitioner
- Commitment, resilience, initiative and good organisational skills
