Primary Outreach Worker job summary

Proven experience working directly with children with behavioural, emotional and social difficulties is essential for this role along with:

A desire to work with primary aged students, behaviour management skills, a sound knowledge of attachment/trauma and the ability to engage these students, an empathetic approach, excellent time and case management, strong written and verbal communication skills, working knowledge of support agencies, a team ethos and a full, clean driving license and own transport.
