We are seeking an inspiring Primary School teacher to join our dedicated and supportive team. This is the role for you if you are committed to ensuring the success of all pupils.
We are looking for a Primary School teacher who can nurture, inspire and motivate our children. You will have:
a degree level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status
a sound understanding of the breadth of content covered across the primary core and foundation subjects
effective teaching, organisational and communication skills
This is an important role for our academy as we constantly strive to improve and excel in all that we do. To succeed in this role, you will need to:
plan teaching to ensure the progression of all pupils
assess, record and report on the development, progress and attainment of pupils
demonstrate a commitment to promoting high standards of attainment and behaviour
The role will be based at The Baird Academy until 31 August 2025. If there are no vacancies at The Baird at this time, the role will be redeployed to one of our other Academies in the Hastings area.
