What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you passionate about education and making a real difference in the lives of young learners? We are looking for three dedicated and skilled teachers to join our supportive and dynamic school community. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of our pupils and play a key role in their academic and personal development.
Key Stage 1/Lower Key Stage 2 (Years 2, 3 & 4)
- Expertise required: English, Maths, SEND & Behaviour
- Focus: Deliver high-quality teaching with a focus on core subjects and behaviour management, ensuring all pupils, including those with SEND, thrive in their learning.
Upper Key Stage 2
- Expertise required: Proven experience in bringing about rapid progress in Year 5 and Year 6 pupils to ensure they are secondary ready.
- Focus: English and Maths, with strong SEND & Behaviour support knowledge, helping to accelerate pupil progress.
The ideal candidates will have:
- A passion for teaching and a proven track record of improving student outcomes.
- Experience and expertise in English, Maths, SEND & Behaviour.
- For the Year 2-4 positions: Experience in Key Stage 1/Lower Key Stage 2.
- For the Upper Key Stage 2 role: A focus on bringing rapid progress to ensure pupils are secondary ready.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment where all students can succeed.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and a strong team player.
