We are looking for an inspirational Primary Teacher to join our school.

As a teacher at Bromley Beacon Academy you will be ambitious, talented and passionate about improving lives through the power of learning. You will join an inspirational and committed team.

This role welcomes Teachers from either a mainstream secondary or specialist education background with exceptional teaching and learning skills, and a passion to provide the best education for all learners.

Our aim is to ensure that every single child and young person gets the support they need to progress and reach their full potential. This will be achieved by improving the quality of education and crucially, by raising aspiration and expectations of staff, pupils and their families

What the school offers its staff

Welcome to the Bromley Beacon Academy. We offer Key Stage 1 to 5 provision for young people with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) Needs. We provide both boys and girls a fantastic opportunity to specialise in vocational subject areas in a. safe and happy learning environment. We aim to create an atmosphere of mutual respect and resilience that supports our students to grow into purposeful young adults also they are able to contribute to society in a positive way.

As Headteacher, my ambition is to drive the accomplishment further. My team and I are committed to helping our young learners develop the essential skills they need to be happy, confident and successful - enabling them to flourish in their future lives.
