What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an inspirational Primary trained teacher to help take our school to the next level. Do you want to transform lives? Are you looking to move away from a Primary focus to support older students? Looking for a new challenge with KS3? We need you!
We are looking for a true team player who wants to support our KS3 students arriving with gaps in their knowledge and skills to help them ‘keep up, not catch up’ with their peers and succeed. You will be an integral part of ensuring they succeed in the next stage of their education.
Lipson Co-operative Academy is a vibrant, community-focused school guided by our P.E.R.K. values-Prepared, Engaged, Respectful, Kind—we foster an environment where students and staff thrive. At Lipson, we pride ourselves on providing an environment where students are happy and love coming to school, while also achieving success. Our staff feel valued and cherished, yet continually challenged to improve their teaching practice through a region leading coaching programme.
