Are you a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity?

The Trust is seeking motivated and enthusiastic teachers to join a number of primary schools in Ashington and Newbiggin. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers at all stages of their careers, whether you are an Early Career Teacher or an experienced professional ready for a new challenge.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of teaching in Primary, and be able to work well as part of a dedicated and caring team. They will be able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all children.

We have a number of exciting teaching opportunities across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, including both full-time and part-time positions. Successful candidates will be matched to schools where their skills and experience are best suited, enabling them to make the most positive impact.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum and meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel safe and motivated to learn.
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, carers, and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, specialist staff, and senior leaders.
  • Maintain accurate records, including attendance, assessments, and behaviour logs.
  • Uphold the school’s values, policies, and code of conduct.
