Is our Primary Teacher at Oasis Academy Wattville, the role for you?
You’ll be joining us at Oasis, a large established Trust of 55 Academies but we're MORE than a MAT. We're here to support our communities and to address those barriers to education for our students. For this role to be right you'll be someone who wants to join us on our journey and ultimately wants to get the best for our communities.
There's been a lot of changes at Oasis Wattville over the last 12 months and whoever comes into the role will want to support us in the changes that are being made.

Joining as an ECT?
You'll have a dedicated induction tutor alongside support from our national lead practitioners in early years and Teaching and Learning. The systems are in place to make the best start to your teaching career.
You'll also benefit from our close links to the NioT (National Institute of Teachers) based at our Oasis Academy Woodview and the dedicated early careers support programmes we access.

About our Primary Teacher vacancy
We are looking for a teacher to come join us on a permanent basis. This vacancy will initially support in KS2 but we're looking for someone open to teach across key stages and year groups. We can support an ECT for this role. We have a great support network both in Academy and as part of Oasis that really offers unrivalled access to subject and education specialists and this is a great plus. Love technology?
