About the Role:
We are seeking two enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our dedicated Primary team from September 2026.
What You Will Be Doing:
In our primary setting, you will work within one of our two specialist learning pathways, carefully designed to meet the diverse needs of our pupils. These pathways are tailored to pupil need, and you will help our pupils develop the qualities of our school values: Respect, Resilience, Confidence, Motivation, Aspiration and Integrity.
Your role will include teaching small classes (typically 6-12 pupils) with dedicated teaching assistant support, delivering engaging, creative lessons adapted to individual learning styles and complex needs, and using communication strategies to support pupils with communication difficulties. You will work closely with our new Assistant Headteacher of Primary and experienced colleagues to develop innovative approaches, collaborating with therapists, educational psychologists, and families. You will plan multisensory activities that challenge all pupils and encourage personal growth, contributing to our supportive and nurturing provision.
What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for candidates with Qualified Teacher Status preferably with experience teaching pupils with complex special educational needs. You should have a passion for teaching and learning that can be utilised to challenge all pupils, and the ability to motivate, inspire and stimulate curiosity, interest and enjoyment across all aspects of the primary curriculum.

What We Offer You:
You will receive a comprehensive induction programme tailored to your experience, alongside specialist SEND training including autism strategies, communication approaches, sensory processing, and behaviour support.
