What skills and experience we're looking for

What the school offers its staff
Simpson’s Lane Academy are looking to appoint a Primary Teacher, with EYFS experience to join our academy in January 2025 on a full time temporary basis in the first instance until 31 August 2025.

Located in Knottingley, Simpson’s Lane Academy is very close to the M62, A1 and within walking distance of Knottingley train station. Our Academy is slightly larger than average, with 382 children on roll, catering for EYFS up to Y6, and 40 part time Nursery places.
We are graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted, who’s comments included:
