Primary Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or 3) job summary

We are looking to recruit a number of Teaching Assistants either Level 2 or Level 3 to work within our all-age Alternative Provision within our Multi Academy Trust as we look to grow and develop our provision. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and outstanding practitioner to join the Arthur Terry Learning Partnership and work in one of our schools.

 

We welcome applications that have experience of working with children from a range of settings including, but not limited to, Primary, Secondary, Special, and Alternative Provision / PRU. Teaching Assistants are linked with a class, to support the academic achievement, learning behaviours and pastoral support of the children within this class of between 8 and 10 children.

 

We are looking for enthusiastic, resilient and confident practitioners that can use their initiative in a fast-paced learning environment.

Salary:                Level 2 - £23,893 - £25,119 full time equivalent (actual salary £18,375.33 - £19,318.21)

Hours:                32 hrs and 30 minutes per week, term time only

 

Location:           This role will be based at The Bridge Academy, Wissage Road, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS13 6SW

 

Start Date:        Required as soon as possible
