With responsibility for Deep Support, these are pivotal roles designed to drive high standards, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure the safety and welfare of every pupil.
As Vice Principal, you will support the Head of School in all aspects of leadership, specifically overseeing the Deep Support and inclusion agenda. You will play a lead role in identifying improvement priorities and will be expected to deputise for the Head of School when required. You will also be responsible for safeguarding across the school and be the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead.
The successful candidates will be resilient, reflective leaders who maintain high expectations for themselves and their pupils. You will have proven experience as an excellent primary classroom practitioner, with a track record of strong pupil outcomes. You will be committed to ensuring that every child achieves their full potential.
