The Candidate

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader with a proven track record of driving school improvement and delivering excellence. You will bring vision, energy, and resilience, with the ability to build on the school’s strong foundations and drive continued excellence, while sustaining a culture of high expectations and care.

You will be a collaborative and motivational leader, able to forge strong relationships with staff, pupils, parents, and the wider community. As an excellent communicator, with the ability to influence and inspire, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of educational legislation, innovation, and best practice, translating these into effective strategies that secure exceptional outcomes for all students.

You will be committed to building and sustaining a strong team of skilled and dedicated staff, fostering a positive ethos, and ensuring the school remains at the heart of its community. With strong moral purpose, emotional intelligence, and a passion for inclusion and diversity, you will champion the values of Affinity Learning Partnership and ensure that every pupil has the opportunity to thrive.
