About us
The Newark Hill Academy, part of the Greenwood Academies Trust is a 2FE vibrant and caring academy located in the Eastfield area of Peterborough, where all staff work hard to ensure pupils have the highest quality learning experiences. Ofsted rate us as ‘Good’. We cater for pupils from Reception to Year 6 who are enthusiastic, polite and eager to learn.
Are you a leader who:
Has relevant and up to date knowledge of teaching and learning strategies across the primary phase;
Leads staff effectively to deliver high quality learning experiences for all pupils, particularly those with high levels of educational need;
Has a thorough understanding of factors that influence pupil performance and how to overcome barriers to learning;
Has strong organisational skills and is relentless in driving educational improvement and raised standards for all pupils;
Has significant experience of leading and developing others, in particular middle leaders;
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Has previously led a team of people through change and improvement.
