Principal job summary

Salisbury Plain Academies (SPA) Trust is seeking to appoint a Principal to lead the staff team at Pembroke Park Primary School from 1st September 2020. The Principal will work closely with the SPA Executive Principal, other SPA Principals within the Trust, and staff within the school to provide outstanding provision for children and families. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and forward thinking Head teacher to lead this vibrant school in Salisbury. The successful candidate should be strategic, creative and approachable. They must be willing to work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust whilst having a clear vision to move the school forward.
