What skills and experience we're looking for

Peterbrook Primary Academy is a vibrant and inclusive primary school in Solihull, welcoming children aged 3 to 11.

The school has a strong sense of community, with respectful and enthusiastic pupils at the heart of school life. Following a period of significant change, Peterbrook has worked hard to strengthen outcomes and is now looking for a Principal who can provide stability, build on this progress and lead the next stage of the school’s development.

As Principal, you will work closely with pupils, staff, families and colleagues across The Elliot Foundation to strengthen teaching, learning and curriculum, develop staff and future leaders, and create a collaborative culture focused on helping every child thrive.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
